With the challenges of the last year and a half, our fundraising ability has been limited. We have been unable to host our Fall Carnival and Spring BASH for two years in a row. These are two of our biggest fundraisers, so we need your help now more than ever. Please help us raise funds for Baldwin Elementary this month. 100% of your donation goes directly to our school needs and support activities like curriculum support, fun PTA programming, staff appreciation events, teacher reimbursements, technology, and enrichment programs.  No buying or selling - simply donate money to support our amazing school!

We are always looking for ways to strengthen our community partnerships and develop economic and social relationships.  We offer sponsorship levels for every business' budget.

Join us for our first General PTA Meeting on Thursday, September 23rd.  This will be a virtual meeting - immediately following the Principal's Coffee.  The Principal's Coffee begins at 6 pm, and you are invited to stay on the Zoom call for a brief PTA meeting.

In accordance with TX PTA guidelines for virtual meetings, we ask that you register to attend the meeting.

Here's everything you need to know:

* If you want to attend this meeting, you must register by 5 pm Wednesday, September 22nd in order for the PTA to determine who is eligible to vote before the meeting starts.

* You do not have to be a PTA member to attend, but paid PTA members are eligible to vote. If you would like to join the PTA, you can do so at www.baldwinpta.org.

• Great news!  You can now use your HEB Gift Cards for Curbside or Home Delivery on the www.heb.com website.  Other third-party delivery services are not eligible to be paid for with HEB Gift Cards.

Just one $100 card per month is like writing Baldwin PTA a check for $60/year-except HEB is donating to the school on your behalf!

Attention Parents: Our school is participating with Marathon Kids. Your student will be earning miles for minutes of heart-pumping movement and laps completed.  Our school goal is to complete 104.8 miles. 

You will be receiving an email from noreply@marathonkids.org to create your parent Marathon Kids account. 

• You will be able to follow your child’s progress and submit miles completed at home. 
• This email will be sent next week. --Be sure to check your junk folder if you can’t find it. *If you created your account last year, log in (app.marathonkids.org) to access this school year!
