A good breakfast is an important part of giving your child a successful day because food is fuel for the brain. A healthy breakfast can lead to improved academic achievement and better listening skills throughout the day. Protein, fruits, and whole grains are all good choices for a healthy breakfast!
Make sure your child gets enough sleep:
Good sleep is essential to good health, including mental health, academic achievement, and a healthy immune system. Try to ensure your child gets 9-12 hours of sleep a night.
