We had so much fun this year, thank you for joining us. If you felt that there were fewer activities this year, there were. We didn't have the volunteer support necesary to run the games, so unfortunatley this year we couldn't have them. Our hope is that in the new year we'll see a surge in volunteer participation from our community, so that all of us can enjoy fully-supported PTA programs, including S.T.E.A.M. Night (January 16th), Bingo (February 20th), Famiy Dance (April 11th), and Chalk the Walk Ice Cream Social (May 25th). 

PTA Programs, like Winter Wonderland, are free events designed to engage our families in our school community. We don't make any money off of them, and they only happen if we have the help we need. The only event the PTA produces that is a fundraiser is the Baldwin Bash in the spring, where we hope to see each and every one of you!

Do you understand why "school choice" will hurt public schools? This is a big issue for our school this year, and this is an amazing opportunity to hear from one of our Texas represenatatives about it. In-person and online. This event has been postponed.

Since I became a mom, I've been using Mabel's Labels to label their stuff, because I'm cheap, and I didn't want to buy anything I didn't have to. I recently learned that they'll give our PTA  20% of all of their sales!

You get labels to put on all your stuff, the PTA gets some money, and ideally you'll save money because the items can be returned to your child. Click on the link to order and just enter our school name. A flyer will go home this week with the info as well.
