Love Your School is ongoing until October 31st. 

This is a no-hassle, school fundraiser where 100% of your donation goes directly to our school needs.  All you need to do is visit our online store and make a donation. 

Penny Wars is a very fun time where the classes battle each other with loose change, and the PTA gets the bounty! Start gathering your cash, it'll be October 22nd-26th. 

You don't have to go to Baldwin to donate to the Baldwin PTA. Share with your friends and family,  and your compnay might even offer donation matching. 

This is a free virtual event for everyone, October 10th-31st. No registration required, link to the YouTube page will be here. 

Mrs. Chapman would like to host a book study of interested parents on ADHD with the book called "ADHD 2.0" by Hallowell and Ratey.

This book study is for anyone interested in the topic of regulation, focus, attention, and the brain.  It provides strategies and ideas to implement immediately to support your child (and maybe adults) in your family. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE DIAGNOSED ADHD to gain tools from this book.  :)

After information is gathered for interest, an email will be sent to follow up on a timeline to discuss this fall and spring. 

The PTA will have several stations set-up along the parade route with coffee and donuts. Please join us! 

                    PLEASE HELP BY READING WITH OUR 1ST GRADERS! 

WHO: Parents and any adult family members (grandparents and aunt/uncles) can come volunteer at the school. 

WHAT: Great Leaps is a reading program where volunteers meet with a kid 1:1 to practice reading in less than 5 minutes. Volunteers will work with as many students as they can in that 30 minute block. 

WHEN: M-Th from 9:45-10:15, 10:00-10:30, 10:15-10:45 and/or 10:30-11:00. If you can't commit regularly, you can also sign up to be a substitute! 

WHERE: 1st grade pod area. 

WHY: Because you love our 1st graders and want to help them become stronger readers.

Save the date for the Baldwin Fall Fest! Volunteers are needed to host trunks, where you decorate your car's trunk and hand out donate candy. You won't have to be at your trunk the whole time, we will have volunteers to give trunk hosts a break throughout the event.

We also need volunteers to monitor the other activities at the event, including handing out food, monitoring the craft table, bounce houses and the petting zoo.
