How to Participate? Three Easy Steps...

1. Join Baldwin PTA

At least one person in your family MUST be a member of the PTA by October 31, 2024 to be eligible for participation in the Reflections program.

2. Be Informed

Read the Official Rules  (Las Normas Oficiales) and General Rules & Guidelines (scroll down and read the rules for your chosen category).

3. Fill Out Forms & Submit

Submit the work electronically through our Google Form below. All of our entries must be submitted to the ACPTA, Austin Council of PTAs, on Google Drive. However, as a school we'd like to Showcase the works on November 14th. Please reach out to Nory to figure out the logistics of your child's art installation and how you'll get the actual project to the school. The logistics will be on a case-by-case basis.  president@baldwinpta.org.

Recognition and judging

All students who participate in the Reflections program will be recognized, and all of the entries will be showcased.  In order to do that we'll have to figure out the logistics of the art installation; will your child perform their dance or should we display the video of the dance? We'll figure it out, please discuss it with your artist beforehand, and then Nory, president@baldwinpta.org. 

Baldwin's top entries will advance to the Austin Council of PTAs and then possibly to the state or national level.
